FAQs
Here you can find Frequently Asked Questions with answers, but do not hestitate to reach out if you have more questions.
What is the cost and how does payment work?
Half days: $830 (up to 3 hours)
Full days: $1,550 (up to 6 hours, with a lunch break)
A minimum of three days is required, with five recommended. A one-day deposit is required at booking. Payment plans are available.
How do I know if I’m ready for this?
If you’re here, you likely are. When you feel a deep inner readiness for change — even if there’s fear — that’s your cue. This is an investment in your future, not an expense.
What happens after the retreat?
The retreat is a catalyst, not an endpoint. You’ll work with your home therapist to integrate the changes and may return for “touch-ups.” Integration is where the healing takes root.
What is a typical day like?
Therapy runs 9 a.m.–4 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch and breaks as needed. Each day builds on the last, allowing for steady, deep processing. (For more, see the Daily Agenda on the ITR site.)
